These are the two platforms we support. We help you choose. Some companies use both. Everything runs in your own accounts. OpenTek does not resell the plans.

Grok bots
Each bot works on a persistent cloud computer with a browser, files, and a terminal. Work continues while the laptop is closed.
Connectors cover apps such as Gmail and Slack. Where a connector is not enough, the bot can use the browser on that cloud computer.
Grok Automations run a described job on a schedule, or when an email arrives, on grok.com and in the Grok app.
A bot can save a workflow as a skill and run it again on a schedule.
A group chat holds two to six bots, so handoffs stay in one thread.
Email and Slack can be left as drafts you approve. Auto Review supports rules such as “Ask first before sending any external email.”
Anthropic
Claude
Scheduled tasks in Claude Cowork are available on paid Claude plans. They run in Anthropic's cloud, including when no device is online.
Custom connectors use remote MCP. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds a connector before members use it.
Claude asks for approval before it acts in a connected app. Team and Enterprise owners can set each action to need approval, always allow, or be blocked for the organization.
On Team and Enterprise plans, owners can provision skills for the whole organization, and people can publish a skill org-wide when an owner allows publishing.
Projects keep related work, files, and instructions together.
Product behavior depends on the plan the vendor sells you, and on settings an owner turns on. We read the current public docs with you before we connect anything.
